We provided and developed end-to-end services regarding our client’s Inspection Test Plan, design and implementation, resulting in the prevention of environmental hazards, structural damage and other faults as well as optimization of facility production.

OUR APPROACH
We identified the items of materials and work to be inspected or tested, by whom and at what stage or frequency, as well as Hold and Witness Points, with references to relevant standards, acceptance criteria and the records to be maintained. In a highly complex system as was the case with OMV, a high level test plan was needed to address the overall requirements and supporting test plans to address the design details of subsystems and components. We developed an appropriate test plan which included Design Verification or Compliance tests, Manufacturing tests, Acceptance or Commissioning test and Regression test resulting in a comprehensive plan which guaranteed the component quality and ensured the product function achieved the requirement of design.
